This growing organisation is currently seeking an entry-level Receptionist to join their business based in Bankstown. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to enter the work force or someone looking to expand their knowledge. This role is 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday (working from the office).
Your new role
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Opening and sorting office mail
- Attending to couriers
- Liaising with the ATO regarding documentation
- Collating documents
- Preparing compliance forms for lodgements
- Typing correspondence
- Preparing team meeting agendas
- Updating customer information on the system
What you'll need to succeed
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have excellent attention to detail
