1300SMILES Buderim is currently looking for a friendly, skilled, and detail-oriented individual to join our welcoming team as a part-time Dental Receptionist, working Monday through Thursday.

Nestled in a delightful shopping village, our practice offers ample parking for both team members and patients alike. With a focus on diversity and a family-oriented approach, our dental practice boasts a team of Dentists dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

The role

As the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your varied responsibilities will include:

• Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate treatment room.
• Schedule appointments, process payments and health insurance claims.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

You

Our successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a reception role with administration elements.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• An ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and practice management software.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised.
