Large progressive CBD based Accounting firm have a great opportunity for an experienced receptionist to be the first point of contact for this busy practice in greeting clients and directing calls managing the front desk operations.
We want someone experienced for this busy reception role that takes pride in their work; who is proactive, enjoys taking ownership over their tasks, and likes to use their initiative.

- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages accurately.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- Proven experience as a receptionist, office coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
