We are using Kitomba as clinic's management system so training will be provided if you have no experience with this software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointments and ensure smooth scheduling.
- Answer inquiries over the phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and assist with administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
Requirements:
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience in beauty industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency with appointment scheduling software.
