An exciting opportunity has arisen in one of the industry’s best-known brands. JWH South West includes WA Country Builders, The Rural Building Co. and Plunkett Homes. As the market leader in the region, we are seeking a highly dynamic, motivated receptionist to join our team.
Due to promotion within the business, we are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team in the role of receptionist in our vibrant Bunbury office.
This role is a key position in the business and requires someone with passion, determination, advanced organisational skills, and an outgoing demeanour.
Would suit someone with previous reception/office experience who is looking to gain an introduction into the building industry.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Provide a personable and friendly interaction with office visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist the administration teams where required
- General reception duties including, greeting visitors, emailing, mail runs, stationary management etc
- Preparation of documents and updating of internal system information
- Assistance with clerical construction work
- Assist all office staff, including Regional Managers as required
Skills and experience
- Minimum 1-2 years experience within the same or similar role desirable.
- High attention to detail
- Personal accountability
- Managing relationships and effective communication skills
- Effective time management
- Competency in Microsoft Office
- A mature outlook, highly reliable
