AddressMedical Receptionist
Unique reception role in a supportive and friendly team environment across three clinics. We are seeking a friendly and warm Medical Receptionist for varied shifts, must be flexible although some flexibility is also offered. Receptionists are required to work across 3 clinic locations: Rowville, North Ringwood and Blackburn locations. Medical Reception experience is preferred but not essential, reception experience looked upon favourably.
At Bounce you will have the opportunity to become an integral member of our reception team, providing client care, exceptional customer service and administrative support to our multidisciplinary Allied Health clinical team. Previous medical reception experience with Hicaps, Medicare, DVA, NDIS and TAC billing will be highly regarded. Shifts include 3-8pm weekdays and some 8-2pm Saturdays.

Upon commencement at the practice, you will be guided through a thorough on-the-job training program facilitated by the Practice Manager. You can expect excellent communication with peers and Management, all staff always have access to management support and are our staff are highly valued.
Responsibilities include:
- Billing and invoicing on Hicaps, including DVA, TAC and WC
- Daily appointment bookings
- Daily diary management
- Front facing customer service
- Management of confidential files
- General office tasks
