Receptionist

Due to a recent internal promotion, we require a motivated, organised, and customer focussed Receptionist to join our growing team!

About the role

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Greet clients and visitors entering reception;
• Answering incoming calls in a professional manner;
• Taking and relaying messages promptly and accurately;
• Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries;
• Records management duties;
• General accounts duties;
• Maintain meeting room bookings;
• Daily purchase of office supplies;
• Tidy and maintain reception area and meeting rooms.

Skills and experience

Ideally you will have:

• Demonstrated skills and previous practical experience in a customer service role;
• Attention to detail;
• Intermediate level skills in core Microsoft packages;
• Time management and organisational skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• High standard of work and personal presentation; and
• Timely and effective communication.
