re you passionate about your community? About the role We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist!

You will provide initial client assessment and allocation to the appropriate service area or referral to other external services and administrative support. Responsibilities include Screen incoming calls and assess client’s needs to take appropriate actions and manage enquiries effectively Diary management of appointments and advising of client arrival in a timely manner Prepare correspondence and process incoming/outgoing correspondence and documents as appropriate Drive fleet vehicles to for servicing requirements and Monthly Vehicle Inspections of pool vehicles Carry out duties when required to provide backup relief for the Site Administrator This is a permanent full-time position, based in Geelong, VIC.

Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 2 Award. What you will have Relevant business qualification e.g. Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration Demonstrate experience in reception/administration responsibilities Intermediate ability with Microsoft Word and Excel and familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (preferred) A Victorian Driver's Licence Benefits working at The Salvation Army
