About The Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join their property management team in Osborne Park. In this role, you'll manage the front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll handle inquiries, provide company information, and support the team with general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, enthusiastic individual with a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff.
- Efficiently manage and route incoming calls and messages.
- Handle and distribute mail and deliveries accurately.
- Keep reception and common areas tidy and presentable.
- Provide administrative support and manage calendars.
- Record visitor data and manage bookings using company systems.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and appointments.
