About the Role: .
To be a successful candidate for the role,You need to be Vibrant, Reliable and willing to be able to work as a Team.
We require an applicant with a Year 12 (VCE) Pass.
Previous experience is not required, but is a bonus if have worked in a similar role/Construction Industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting New & Existing Customers
- Answering & Managing Calls, Visits and Appointments
- Undertaking general day-to-day Administration Tasks (Stationary and Grocery Order)
- Checking & Entering Orders into Companies Data Base.
- Liaising with External Customers/Clients
- Answer and follow up queries.
Skills Required:
- Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
- Attention to Detail
- Strong Communication skills
- Welcoming and greeting internal/external individuals in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn/progress within the role.
- Excellent organisation skills
- High Level of Literacy/Writing Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Microsoft word, Excel & Outlook 365)
- Able to work Full-time (Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM)
