Receptionist

Civil Safety is a fast-expanding Registered Training Organisation (RTO) working across QLD. We specialise in providing both training and safety advisory services to the mining, civil, oil and gas sectors.

We are offering a career pathway to learn valuable skills and knowledge within our business.

In your new role you will;

Support our students, client companies and trainers by:

• Be the friendly and welcoming first point of contact through phone calls and emails.

• Provide administration support for the business which includes printing documents and setting up training sessions.

• Enter data into computer systems and keep all records in order.

• Assist in day-to-day errands and tasks both in and out of the office to ensure the smooth running of the training facility.

You have;

• Friendly, professional and efficient customer service mindset.

• Keen to learn computer skills for use of educational platforms, MS Office and google drive

• An interest in developing your career in Admin, and participate in training in a Certificate III in Business Administration delivered over a twelve-month term within the workplace. (no cost to you)

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
