RECEPTIONIST
We have a position of receptionist available within our growing team located in Traralgon.
Duties include reception, administrative support services, data entry, telephone enquiries, accounts, ordering stationery, running errands and other related duties and administration tasks.
The successful applicant will have an eye for detail, great organisational skills, highly confidential and be able to work in a team and individually. Experience in a health service is preferred but not essential.
You must be reliable, enthusiastic and willing to learn, be well presented with good communication skills. Skills required are exceptional customer service skills, professional telephone manner, excellent knowledge of Apple Mac, Word and Excel.
This position will be minimum 2 days per week, with additional hours available for the right candidate. Flexibility to work extra hours to cover leave is required.
Pay rate will be depending on experience but above award wage under the Health Professionals Support & Services Award.
We are looking for a long-term employee. Immediate start available.
