Are you passionate about supporting your community? About the role We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist!

You will provide high-level customer service as the initial contact point of the Colac Community Centre's Reception. Additionally, you will ensure effective reporting support and operation of the Corps and social programs. Responsibilities include

All visitors to the Colac Community Centre both on the telephone and in person will be treated with dignity and respect All reception and general enquiries are handled efficiently, politely, and professionally Manage bookings for Doorways, Practical Assistance and Colac Corps functions All information pertaining to service inquiries are responded to in a prompt, courteous and respectful manner Mail system maintained and distributed appropriately

This is a casual position, based in Colac Corps, VIC. You will have Previous experience in a reception/administrative and in the community/welfare sector (preferable) Previous experience in a finance position (preferable) Experience working within a team environment Experience dealing with people from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds Benefits of working at The Salvation Army
