Receptionist

Our Client:

Operating out of centrally located offices, this client of ours are the true experts in commercial real estate. This boutique brand in the Parramatta area are now seeking a busy receptionist to join their team. With no experience required, you will have a great attitude and passion for Real Estate.

The Role:

• Be the face of a well-established agency 
• Meet and greet all clients
• Answer calls & emails 
• Ensure that office is always neat, tidy & organised
• General office admin
• Support the Sales & Property Management team with administration

The Candidate:

• No experience needed, however, admin experience would be advantageous
• Great communication skills
• Strong presentation skills as you are the FACE of the agency 
• Must have a strong desire to build a career in Real Estate
