- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to schedule appointments and manage bookings
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, with all internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain respect and strict confidentiality at all times
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload
- Adhere to company's dress code policy
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Hold a current driving licence
