Emeritus Research is seeking a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to be the first face-to-face point of contact for visitors to Emeritus Research. This will be a full-time role within the hours of 7am-6pm.

As part of this role you will be expected to:
- Be the first face-to-face point of contact for our customers and demonstrate our company values to ensure a positive experience for all who visit our sites
- Handle incoming phone calls, directing them when necessary and taking messages within the established guidelines
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
- Answer general queries in person, by telephone, or email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Enter all required participant data into electronic system
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing and faxing
