Provide reception duties for this friendly team in an engineering consultancy. Entry level position, working 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Duties
- Answer phone and email enquiries
- Book engineering jobs
- Data entry
- Filing
- Assist with other admin tasks
Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years customer service experience highly valued
- 1-2 years admin experience or Certificate II in Business highly desired
- Excellent Microsoft Office and technical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve highly regarded
- Reliable and enthusiastic
