We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team and help us continue to provide high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information as needed.
- Manage patient registration, records, and ensure all necessary forms are completed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and Activate team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy and compliance guidelines.
- Handle general inquiries and provide information about clinic services.
- Communicate with external healthcare providers and stakeholders on behalf of the Activate team, including requesting of documentation and referrals.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and clinic area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an admin role.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and professional demeanour.
