About Us: The team at Activate Health and Movement are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services in the Shoalhaven. Our team of professionals are committed to making a positive impact in our community. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team and help us continue to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information as needed.
  • Manage patient registration, records, and ensure all necessary forms are completed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and Activate team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy and compliance guidelines.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide information about clinic services.
  • Communicate with external healthcare providers and stakeholders on behalf of the Activate team, including requesting of documentation and referrals.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and clinic area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an admin role.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour.
