The companyOur client is a medium sized Accounting Firm providing highly personalised, expert advise, tailored to meet your personal and business financial needs.
Due to an internal promotion, my client is looking for a self motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.
Some of the duties include:
- Answering inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Management of those calls, taking effective messages where appropriate
- Ensuring that the reception area is well maintained and that visiting clients are greeted and appropriately managed
- Business administration support; including sending and lodgement of client documents
- General maintenance of Companies held within our client database
- Office administration support; including management of couriers, calendar entries, ordering of office supplies.
- Assisting the Partners with Typing, saving of documentation, timesheets and ad hoc duties.
- Greeting Clients/Suppliers
- Provide tea / coffee for visiting clients
- Adhoc duties as required
- 2+ years experience in a similar role, within an Accounting Firm is essential
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
