Your new company 

An established Not For Profit Organisation requires an experienced Receptionist and Administration Assistant for a three-week temporary cover. 

Your new role 

• Answering all incoming calls and redirecting.

• Data entry.

• Responding to email requests. 

• Tidying the office. 

• Setting up meeting rooms. 

• Ordering supplies. 

What you'll need to succeed 

• Previous experience on Reception with an excellent phone manner. 

• Confident using Microsoft Products. 

• "Can do" attitude. 

• Ability to do hand-over on the 11th April and commit for 3 weeks. 

• Must have working rights in Australia.
