An established Not For Profit Organisation requires an experienced Receptionist and Administration Assistant for a three-week temporary cover.
Your new role
Answering all incoming calls and redirecting.
Data entry.
Responding to email requests.
Tidying the office.
Setting up meeting rooms.
Ordering supplies.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience on Reception with an excellent phone manner.
Confident using Microsoft Products.
"Can do" attitude.
Ability to do hand-over on the 11th April and commit for 3 weeks.
Must have working rights in Australia.
