Receptionist

We seek a candidate for a Receptionist position who will have a can-do attitude, enjoy a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service.
The Role:
Working Monday – Friday plus (rotating Saturday morning roster) you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction within the service department in addition to:
* Taking enquiries and making service bookings from a range of customers
* Face-to-face contact with servicing customers as they drop off and pick up their vehicles.
* Maintaining regular contact with our servicing customers & provide updates on their vehicles.
* Liaising with internal workshop employees to ensure that jobs are completed within time frames
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role
* Professional, polished presentation with a focus on customer service
* Professional integrity – punctual, reliable and honest
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Good computer literacy with experience on using Office 365 & CRM systems
* Current Drivers Licence
* Previous experience in a similar role within a dealership will be highly regarded
