About the opportunity:

Here at Bupa Dental Toowong you will be supported to grow and work among a great team, if you are proactive to learn and love all things Dentistry than this is the part-time permanent opportunity for you. Please note, the successful candidate will be required to work on Saturdays only at this stage!
Casual Receptionists to work across Toowong and our City Sites! Thursday is a must and must be available to commence at 7:15am. Please only apply if you can meet the above requirements.

The heart of the role:
Warmly greeting patients, creating an excellent initial impression
Scheduling and adjusting appointments, managing calls, and updating records
Assisting the Practice Manager and clinical team in practice management
Informing patients about dental services and promotions
Managing payments
Handling sensitive information while upholding patient confidentiality
What you'll bring:
6 months+ experience as a Receptionist preferred but not necessary. However, must be good with computers and programs, quick typer, good work ethic and bubbly nature
Skilled at tackling challenges both on your own and as part of a team, while paying close attention to the little things
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about customer service/patient care
Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches
Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
