About the business
We have a great opportunity for a receptionist who is enthusiastic, has excellent telephone skills and computer/word processing skills along with a positive attitude.
In this role the successful candidates duties will include (but not be limited to) managing reception where they will answer a high volume of incoming calls, greet customers, booking appointments, documenting and posting mail, filing customer records, and general administration duties.
Previous experience in a high volume phone answering receptionist role is desirable.
About the role
Key front end role with an innovative growth oriented Business
Full-time, 5 days per week on a three week rotating roster, including Monday to Friday, and every third Saturday.

- Previous experience in a reception/administrator role highly regarded
- Junior Receptionists encouraged to apply
- The ability to multi task and work under pressure in a busy team environment
- Demonstrated administration and data entry experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
