- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and contractors with a high level of professionalism
- Answer and redirect phone calls promptly and professionally
- Maintain the presentation of reception and surrounding areas
- Ensure reception is attended at all times, and coverage is arranged when required
- Lots of support and ongoing training

- Monday - Friday role
- Assist the Sales & Leasing team with administrative duties
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Property experience is highly advantageous
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- High energy, vibrant and enthusiastic
- Positive, friendly can-do attitude and team player
- Immaculate corporate presentation is essential
- Current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agents Rep) is essential
