Part-Time Receptionist
Our North Ryde office is seeking to recruit a flexible part-time receptionist to be the face of Roche Diagnostics. To be considered for this position you MUST be available to work the following shifts:
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – 10.00 am to 3.00 pm
- Fridays – 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
Role & Responsibilities:
In this varied role, you will work with two other part-time receptionists operating a busy switchboard. You will be required to provide superior customer service to clients, visitors and employees. Typically your day will involve:
- Answering switchboard and transferring calls
- Greeting customers
- Coordinating and organising couriers
- Arranging catering
- Coordinating staff barbeques
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Updating phone lists
- Ordering and maintaining stationery
- Stocking and tidying kitchens
- Supporting the business in general administrative tasks

- Competent using computers, particularly MS Office
