Joining Gill and Lane as our Receptionist will see you being the face of our office and the first point of contact for our clients at all stages of their journey with us. If you believe that quality client service can drastically improve the client experience, this is the role for you!
About the role
In this client focussed role, you will manage incoming telephone calls (we use a multi-line system) to greet our clients and direct their enquiries. You will also be able to grow your administration skills with the below tasks forming part of the role:
• Maintain and prepare boardroom and interview rooms for client and team appointments
• Diary and calendar management
• Manage incoming correspondence, including sorting, scanning and distribution
• Photocopy, scan and bind documents as requested
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• General and trust account receipting
• Facilitate ingoing and outgoing safe custody documents
• Analyse and maintain systems and processes for efficient and accurate storage of client documents
About you
We are looking for someone who will reflect the quality of service we provide our clients from the first interaction. While experience in an office environment is not necessary, experience in dealing with clients professionally and a desire to forge a career in Client Service/Administration is essential for your success. You will pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills and how you build relationships with our team and clients.
As our receptionist, you will be able to prioritise your work to meet daily deadlines and strong computer skills (we use Microsoft Office).
