We are looking for a full time office all rounder to work with our friendly administration staff.
We will train the right candidate on our Hire software, however a strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Google Drive and Google Calendars would be preferable. MYOB would be an advantage.
Ideally, we would prefer someone with strong written and verbal skills, strong computer knowledge, accurate Data Entry skills and strong maths skills. The perfect person will be a Northern Beaches local with local area knowledge, a fast learner with a can-do attitude.
Job Description;
- Answering the phone, taking notes for data entry
- Replying to email requests for quotes, calling clients and arranging times for quotes
- Preparing quotes for clients
- Quote Follow-ups, calling and texting clients
- Preparing job bookings in Google Calendar, preparing jobs for the next day and invoicing
- Attending to Walk-ins for dry hires and scaffold sales, credit card payments and invoicing
- Excel spreadsheet updating
- Local map knowledge of the Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs and North Shore is essential
Requirements;
- Experience essential.
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Google Calendars, Google Drive, full training will be provided on our Hire software.
- Permanent Australian Resident
Hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm including school holidays. This is an industrial environment and we have a casual dress policy. The office is located near Warringah Mall and B-Line bus service to Brookvale.
