AddressOur client, a boutique, fun and social accounting firm are on the lookout for a superstar Receptionist to join the team in their newly renovated Southbank offices. Roles within this firm don’t come along very often as they primarily promote from within so don’t hesitate to jump at this opportunity.
As the face of the business, you’ll be responsible for warmly meeting and greeting clients, processing incoming and outgoing mail, database management and providing administrative support to the accountants. Our client is seeking a candidate who is looking to build their career within accounting and they will support you to grow and develop your career.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Monitoring a busy phone line
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining and ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Scanning, filing & document collation
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
About You:
- At least 1 year professional services or public practice accounting experience
- High attention to detail
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Extremely good written and verbal correspondence
- Team player but also comfortable working autonomously
