The Position
We are seeking a recruitment professional who is dedicated to delivering timely, efficient, best practice attraction and recruitment services. The role involves operational processing as well as strategic policy development and building individual and organisational capability through selection panel and job application/interview coaching.
You will play an integral role in building the Reef Authority workforce of the future. The position provides support to the Assistant Director People and Capability in analysing organisational recruitment and workforce requirements, providing expert advice and assistance with recruitment, selection and on boarding processes, managing external service providers and delivering internal training.
You will work closely with business areas across the organisation to understand their workforce needs to ensure that we attract the right candidates for the job. By joining our team, you will work alongside a small and dedicated team of human resource professionals delivering contemporary and fit for purpose services to the Reef Authority.
The current position is ongoing however through this process may create a merit pool to fill similar ongoing and non-ongoing positions that become available within the next 18 months.
