The Opportunity We  are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our People and Culture team, based in our West Perth office. This role is for a motivated internal recruiter who wishes to progress their career within the mining, transport and logistic industry. Full Time | Monday to Friday West Perth location Competitive remuneration Great working environment Responsibilities Working with our Leadership Team to source suitable candidates Source New Candidates using appropriate strategies (eg. head hunting, advertising, network channels and referrals) Telephone Screening, and interviewing candidates face to face Identifying shortlists for roles Administration support through the recruitment and onboarding processes for both candidates and hiring managers Onboarding on candidate including booking medicals, relevant courses and issuing Letters of Offer Efficiently coordinate new starter pre-employment assessments and onboarding functions CRM and database management within our recruitment system Actioning recruitment and onboarding enquiries in a timely manner General ad-hoc administration duties as required Skills & Experience Minimum…
