We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Queensland and New South Wales branches.

About your new role?
Based in South East QLD, as the Regional Manager - Qld/NSW, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our Queensland and New South Wales branches, ensuring they operate cohesively and meet budgeted goals. This role will report to the General Manager.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Championing a culture of safety and operational excellence.
- Providing strategic leadership to achieve P&L targets.
- Fostering a high-performance environment through effective people leadership.
- Collaborating with branch managers and leadership team to optimise product offerings and range.
What will make you successful?
To excel in this role, you'll need a blend of leadership acumen, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset. The successful candidate will also possess:
- Proven experience in multi-site management.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and develop teams.
- Familiarity with HVAC products and industry trends would be highly regarded but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software.
