Residential Coordinator - Cranbourne

An opportunity has become available for a motivated individual to join our Administration Team in our Cranbourne Office. This role greatly contributes to the efficient operation of our office, and suits a person who enjoys working in a busy, successful and supportive environment.

Key tasks of the role include:

• Job set up including customer contact, data entry, checking and document searches
• Booking and organising property valuations with customers
• Managing valuation appointments in valuers' calendars
• Managing customer enquiries
• Attaching files using our valuation system
• General office administration as required

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

• Strong administration skills
• A high degree of computer literacy
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service ethic
• Ability to work within tight frames, multitask and prioritise
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and efficient
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
