The successful applicant will be responsible for leading & managing our busy modern Australian restaurant.
- Develop restaurant marketing strategies
- Assist with Recruitment
- Staff training & role modelling
- Greeting & serving guests
- Assist with Wine & cocktail list development
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage restaurant supplies
- Meet KPIs
- Promote a positive work culture
- Implement strategies to improve productivity & sales
The Restaurant Manager will be required to demonstrate the following abilities
- Extensive food & wine knowledge
- Computer literacy
- Understanding pos systems & restaurant software
- Experience in event planning desirable
- Strong leadership & motivational skills
- Financial management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Good time management skills
- Great oral & written communication skills
