We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager candidate who possesses relevant qualifications. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person who is interested in progressing and growing within the business, as this role could develop into a leadership position.
Position/Job Available:
Full time Permanent Role
Restaurant Manager with annual salary $72.000-75.000/Year plus superannuation
The fulltime position is open to Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents, however 482 work visas for suitable foreign professionals can be consideration.
Working hours : 38 Hours/Week

· 3 Years experience in relevant qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee the restaurant floor operations
· Oversee the floor personnel management including rostering,performance,training
· Maintain the highest standards for guest,including presentation and dining ambience
· Build relationships with guest and stakeholders,as well manage reservations
· Plan and manage onsite&offsite events, and catering functions
· Plan and oversee floor costs, waste management, and prepare management reports
· Discuss and recommend menu changes with the HeadChef and management
· Oversee stock levels, order supplies, and implement monthly stocktakes and QC
· Implement the hygiene standard and follow Occupational Health and Safety Procedures
