This is one of Australia's well known and growing Hospitality restaurants groups! Currently seeking dedicated and experienced hospitality professionals to join and play a pivotal part in the management of their restaurants!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Reporting including stock and sales
• Financial and business acumen
• Able to lead and develope large teams of 30+
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through strategic planning and effective marketing initiatives.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Training and Developing the team and career mentor ship.

About you:

• Strong business acumen
• Strong leadserhip skills
• Can work autonomously
• 6+ years Restaurant Manager role in similar business
• Tenture in past roles and businesses
• Passionate about the Quick service industry and leading and developing teams and cultures
• Can do, hands on management style
• Proacticve thinking who is always looking for ways of improvement
• Currently living in Australia at time of application
• Full Australian working rights
