We are seeking Restaurant Managers for our South Yarra and Melbourne CBD Location.

Who Are We?

We are A25 Pizzeria, a fast growing and dynamic restaurant in South Yarra and Melbourne CBD. Famed for our delicious and amazing pizzas that walk a fine line between the traditional and a bit crazy. We also take great pride in keeping a fun and exciting atmosphere ensuring our guests and ourselves are always having a good time.

The Manager will be working closely with the Assistant Manager and will be responsible for meeting all of the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. The role will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production productivity, quality and customer service standards.

The successful applicant will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and have the ability to manage a team. You will need but not limited to the following:

• Recruitment, training and development of staff
• Work independently as well as within a team
• Proficiency in English
• Passion and experience for Italian food and its culture
• Customer focused and well presented
• Good organisational skills
• Extensive food, coffee and wine knowledge
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Maintain stock levels
• Liaison with kitchen staff
• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar roll
• Apply OH and safety
• Apply Food Safety Procedures

This position is very important for the business to ensure the ongoing consistency and success of A25. We are looking for a manager to join us for the long term and we will invest in developing the right candidate. You must have full working rights in Australia and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.

• Weekend availability
