Key Objective

Responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific tasks in conjunction with the Roofing Manager. Ensuring consistency with use of company procedures and documentation. 

Essential Functions and Accountabilities: 

• Liaise with the clients, suppliers, internal employees and Roofing Manager to ensure project documentation is completed in order and on time.
• Liasion with principal contractor's representative- document management i.e. construction programming, roofing procedures, safety plans, site induction requirements.
• Liaise with other sub-contractors/suppliers to engage project work requirement requesting quotes and raising purchase orders.
• Contract variations and progress claims- upload details to client's representatives as directed by Roofing Manager.
• General project procurement as directed by the Roofing Manager.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a similar role within the building and contruction environment (desired but not essential for Junior/Trainee).
• Demonstrated competency in planning and organising work schedules and ability to deliver to timelines.
• Knowledge of regulations, best practices and performance standards (desired but not essential for Junior/Trainee).
• A working knowledge of projects administration and general understanding of commercial construction environment (desired but not essential for Junior/Trainee).
• Current 'C' class driver licence.
