We’re leaders in sustainable heating and hot water solutions and we’re looking for a Sales Administrator extraordinaire that has exceptional interpersonal skills, a ‘can-do’ customer focused attitude, and is highly organised and detailed oriented.
This role is working onsite at our head office in Epping, Melbourne. Responsibilities include: Assisting with customer queries over the phone and via email by providing solutions to queries where possible or directing them to the most appropriate sales consultant. Keeping our CRM updated with accurate information – essentially becoming our CRM champion, ensuring information is a source of truth (training will be provided).
