We are looking for a bright and eager professional who is seeking a unique opportunity and is excited to be a part of our mission to decreasing the percentage of drownings, help our students to overcome their fear of water and assist them to accomplish their goals faster than any other swim school.
The Position
We are looking for highly organised, focused and fast-learning sales and admin assistant to support our passionate and innovative team. You must enjoy working within a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment where no day is the same.
You will become the right hand of the leadership team you support. This role is fantastic for you if you are able to think independently, highly motivated, quick-moving, and you have exceptional ability of handling day-to-day administrative activities and providing admin support.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and will know how to prioritise wisely based on common sense. Candidates who are willing to work extended hours and weekends will be given priority.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform confidential and complex administrative duties involving Excel, Word and various software
- Exhibit a strong attention to detail, adapt to daily schedules and routines, and focus on efficiency without sacrificing quality
- Provide general support for various departments including but not limited to, Quality Assurance, Sales and HR
- Perform various office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, preparing invoices, and management of database systems
- Stay up to date on the latest company policies and resources to educate the team
- Attend meetings
- Coordinate with our team to ensure things are "done" as needed (tasks, projects, etc.)
- Provide other general assistance as required

- Superior organizational skills including excellent written and verbal communication
- Initiative in resolving problems and an independent worker, with enthusiasm and an energetic approach to work
- Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made
- Communicating effectively - Convey information effectively and as appropriate for the needs of the audience
- Active Learning - Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
