· Reception duties
· Phone calls incoming and outgoing
· Mail/correspondence
· General enquiries, taking messages, transferring calls.
· Emails
· Stationery supplies, groceries/kitchen general supplies /cleaning supplies/other purchases
· Manage Accounts including office works, Bunnings, Campus and Co, Woolworths, BioPak, Neverfail
· Purchasing of supplies and equipment for Warehouse and other depts
· SEED Messaging service management
· 3CX / Field Solutions Account management
· Maspro Wire taking calls, passing on messages email account mail
· General Administration duties
· Running errands eg mailing, picking up supplies from shops
· Verifying invoices, tracking down who is responsible, passing onto AP
· Sales and marketing assistance – merchandise, sponsorships, events etc
· Birthdays– Condo (and WP)
· Assist with organising and set up of Staff events in Condo BBQ’s lunches etc
· Some Cleaning Duties
Requirements
Completion of year 12 or equivalent
Excellent communication skills– written and spoken English
Accuracy and good attention to detail
Drivers License
Good organisational skills and time management
Able to work unsupervised
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
Prior Administrative experience is desirable
Self-motivated with a positive “can do “attitude
Punctual
Well Presented
Part-time position, Condobolin based
6 hours per day, 3 days per week, flexible hours, recommend 9:00-15:00
