Reporting to the Admin Manager, an Admin Assistant is required to support the Managers and small, office-based team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing [a quiet] reception,
- Answering inbound phone calls, screening, and transfer.
- Assisting the office staff with their inquiries and admin,
- Managing the social media accounts,
- Basic payment allocations to projects, and data entry,
- General office tasks.
Skills and experience include:
- Locally based Office Admin Assistance experience,
- Able to screen phone calls, and greet visitors.
- Good computer skills – MS Office and email.
- Able to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional, positive, down-to-earth, and proactive attitude
