As a Business Development Manager or Sales Representative, you'll be an integral part of any team, with the responsibility of business growth through acquiring new business as well as fostering lasting connections with clients.
Some of the key duties include:
- Identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Building strong relationships with existing clients while also expanding the client base. Understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to showcase products and or services.
- Negotiating terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.
Requirements:
As these roles range from entry level to more senior roles, requirements are varied, but ideally you will possess:
- A proven track record in a sales role, ideally with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to comfortably liaise with all levels up to C-Suite.
- Self-motivation with a and results-driven attitude and a passion for exceeding targets and driving success.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
