Role and Responsibilities
A passion for sales and initiative to drive to work autonomously.
Complete reporting and analysis, responding to changes, market trends and competitor activities.
Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all categories offered.
Prepare professional, complete, concise, and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilising product demos and presentations.
Attending tradeshows including setting up and packing up around Australia & organising final delivery to the customers.
Working in partnership with the QLD team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
3-5 years in sales within the camping and caravan industry is ideal.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, attitude, and organisational skills.
Ability to travel.
Preferred Skills
Proven success rate at levels above quotas.
Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
