Our team at Synergy Access and Scaffolds is growing! We are actively seeking Sales Representatives/BDM’s to join our Melbourne branch late this April.
Objectives of this Role
- Represent our company’s products and services.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Make Inbound/Outbound Calls.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients.
- Identify potential sales opportunities.
- Set appointments and manage sales cycles.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and prepare sales/KPI reports.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs.
- Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met.
- Perform market research and regular competitor monitoring.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years in sales/customer service-related roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with sales management software, CRM & Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and understanding of Australian Construction Standards and guidelines (preferred)
