Sales Representative

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Prospecting clients/vendors from a high-end database and area to generate appraisals
• Regular Database and client management 
• Listing and selling residential property
• Constant buyer communication regarding database and stock
• Responding to incoming enquiries via phone and email
• Maintaining an In-house CRM system
• Conducting Open homes and Auctions
• Managing clients through the sales process
• Completing required CPD points

To be considered for this role the following is required:

• A current Class 2 Licence or certificate of registration
• Relevant work experience and a passion for property sales
• Valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
• Being punctual, reliable and well presented
• Self motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team
• Commitment to customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive attitude along with a strong desire to learn and succeed
• Saturday work is required
