Reporting to the CEO, your primary role will be to uncover and convert sales opportunities. We help good companies find good people, and good people find good jobs.
Your sales efforts are supported by our internal recruitment Team who will source and place suitable candidates for the jobs you bring in. All you need to do is sell!
A typical day as a BDM will include:
- Identify & develop new business
- Conduct sales calls both phone and face to face.
- Send emails and followups
If you are experienced in the recruitment sector, then you're a great fit!
- Significant experience in B2B sales activity
- Recruitment industry experience beneficial
- Ability to identify problems and develop solutions
- Adept at managing and tracking your activities in a database
- A natural people person who can influence effectively
- Exceptional time management, organisation, and presentation skills
- Genuine passion for helping people
- Strong networking and relationship building
- A desire to develop professionally.
You will be supported by a leader in the staffing sector that has been in business for 10+ years.
- Great Commission Structure (this job is commission based only with a possible turnover of $10K+ a month)
