About the role
This role has responsibility for the day to day activities of customer enquiries, quoting, order processing and support to external sales staff. This position requires a highly motivated and teams oriented individual.
- Answer phone calls/emails
- Process counter sales
- Follow internal sales plan
- Provide customer quotes
- Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries
- Issue daily delivery dockets
- Invoice orders and send electronically
- Support sales team with orders and inquiries
- Coordinate transport quotes
- Source materials for orders
- Collect customer feedback
- Report customer issues to sales manager
- Understand ISO9000 quality policy.
