We are now seeking a passionate and energetic Hub Manager, to bring to life our newly renovated building and drive collaboration with our and local area scale-up community and growing partner network.

About the role
Our just-renovated building is in the heart of Cremorne and needs someone to activate the space, bringing life to Cremorne Digital Hub and our new HQ.
This newly established role will bring to the team energy, creativity, friendliness and experience with local community outreach within an innovation orientated environment.
You will be the heartbeat of the HQ, creating and managing a working space that effectively allows scale-ups, commercial partners, academic partners and others to play well together - all collaborating to solve some of industry's biggest problems.
Among your core responsibilities will be:
- Activating the Cremorne Digital Hub community to growing audiences and visibility including social media and marketing to promote Cremorne Digital Hub and our collaborative workspace.
- Playing a front of house role in creating a welcoming environment to deliver amazing customer experience for all.
- Onboarding and general support for Cremorne Digital Hub member companies. Managing the people coming in and out, greeting them and making sure they are where they're meant to be.
- Community outreach and relationship building across local business networks and broader ecosystem to support an active events calendar working alongside Events Manager.
- Ensure optimal usage of the HQ, and identify opportunities to monetise our facilities.
