We are searching for a Scheduling Assistant to join a team!
In this role, you'll be the glue that holds everything together, by:
- Liaising with key players: Site Supervisors, suppliers, and trades to arrange orders and deliveries for essential materials.
- Resolving discrepancies: Investigate invoice discrepancies and take necessary actions.
- Handling variations: Process Site Variations to ensure project updates are reflected.
- Building project files: Prepare comprehensive files for completed schedules for future reference.
- Securing quotes: Send out quote requests for jobs ready to be scheduled.
- Supporting the team: Assist other department members with various tasks as needed.
- Teamwork makes the dream work: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Communication is key: Excellent personal skills and phone manner.
- Go-getter attitude: Strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
- Organisational skills: Impeccable organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Tech wiz: Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Building knowledge a plus: Prior exposure to residential building processes is a preferable
