Scheduling Assistant

Calling all organised & detail-oriented individuals with recent residential building experience.Are you looking for a fast-paced and dynamic role where you play a crucial part in ensuring construction projects run smoothly?We are searching for a Scheduling Assistant to join a team!In this role, you'll be the glue that holds everything together, by:

• Liaising with key players: Site Supervisors, suppliers, and trades to arrange orders and deliveries for essential materials.
• Resolving discrepancies: Investigate invoice discrepancies and take necessary actions.
• Handling variations: Process Site Variations to ensure project updates are reflected.
• Building project files: Prepare comprehensive files for completed schedules for future reference.
• Securing quotes: Send out quote requests for jobs ready to be scheduled.
• Supporting the team: Assist other department members with various tasks as needed.
